ABSOLUTELY LOVED LIVING HERE! I needed a place to stay while I relocated and this was perfect. The staff was wonderful and knew me by name and placed me in the perfect spot. I loved that there are several long-term residents. The location was ideal..easy access to interstates, restaurants and night spots. This is pet friendly although there is not a lot of room to walk a larger dog. The off street secure parking was an added bonus.

Great place to stay for short period or long term. Very good staff. I would definitely recommend UP for anyone who needs to be near downtown for any period of time. Management is excellent and works hard to make sure your needs are met!

UPA is in a convenient location, only minutes walking distance from UAB. The staff here are friendly, and maintenance is timely. Rent is on the high side for a city like B'ham coming from Boston but worth it compared to all the other locations and especially since utilities is included. Definitely a place I would recommend if you are a research asst., grad student, or resident at UAB.
